Refund Policy

MINA ENERGY LLC

At MINA ENERGY LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued, how they are processed, and the conditions that apply.

By using our website or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are considered final, except in the situations outlined in this policy.
Refunds may be granted only when:

  • A transaction was processed in error
     
  • A duplicate payment was made
     
  • A customer was overcharged due to a system or processing mistake
     
  • Services were not delivered due to an internal issue on our part
     

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed services where billing was successfully processed
     
  • Customer errors (incorrect account information, wrong utility choice, wrong payment amount, etc.)
     
  • Change of mind after service has been delivered
     
  • Third-party delays or issues outside our control
     

2. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of the original transaction date
     

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team with:

  • Your full name
     
  • Email address
     
  • Phone number
     
  • Transaction ID or receipt
     
  • Reason for the refund request
     

You can submit refund requests using the contact information below.

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued:

  • Back to the original payment method
     
  • Within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
     

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Service fees
     
  • Processing or administrative fees
     
  • Any charges already submitted to a utility provider
     
  • Fees paid to third-party partners
     

6. Service Delivery Issues

If a payment was submitted to the wrong utility or account due to customer-provided incorrect information, MINA ENERGY LLC is not responsible and no refund will be issued.

If a payment failure occurs due to our system error, we will either:

  • Reprocess the payment at no additional cost, or
     
  • Issue a full refund
     

7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of your account
     
  • Permanent ban from our services
     

Any fraudulent claims will be investigated and may be pursued legally.
